At the end of it, we know whether AI is the right tool — and we’ll tell you if it isn’t. If we scope a project and AI turns out to be the wrong answer, we tell you that before you spend a dollar. That’s not a sales pitch. It’s just how we work.

We build it and hand it over running
Every project ends with a working system — not a handover document. We define what success looks like before we start, we build against that definition, and we don’t close the project until the system is live and doing what it’s supposed to do. Fixed scope. Fixed price. No scope creep.
What this looks like: You get a working AI agent, tested against real calls or scenarios, with documentation your team can actually use. Build time is typically 2–6 weeks depending on complexity.

We stay until it works
AI systems need tuning. The first version is never the final version. We build in a stay period after every handover — monitoring performance, adjusting the system based on real usage, and making sure it earns its keep before we consider the engagement closed. For ongoing AI capability, our partnership retainer keeps us embedded in your operations month to month.
What this looks like: 30 days post-launch monitoring included in every project. Issues get fixed. Edge cases get handled. You’re not alone with a system you don’t understand.
